    Dear Band Jags,

    Here is a shout out from the class of '84. My name is Eric Jewell, and I was a trombone section leader for two years and general nuisance and troublemaker for three! I loved being in band, and I loved the competitions. I remember freezing outside while we practiced for competitions at NEBO and elsewhere. One of my best memories is traveling to the Calgary Stampede with the band. It is all worthwhile. Do your best and make us proud (I am sure we always did)!
